The Heaven's Love Photography reserves the right to use any photograph in any form such as, but not limited to, the use in advertising, reproduction, and copyright. All images are copyrighted by The Heaven's Love Photography, even those you purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice and are non-negotiable. Prices are guaranteed after your deposit. Due to the custom nature of photographic products, no refunds will be issued. By hiring The Heaven's Love Photography, you agree to these terms.

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required at the time of booking your session with me. This reserves the date and time for your session and is applied toward your session fee.  If for any reason your session needs to be rescheduled, a 24 hour notice is required.
